Alyssa Parco-Tidwell - Vice President of Human Resources

I was born in Rapid City, South Dakota, but raised for most of my years in Dallas, Texas, which is great for me because I am not a fan of the freezing weather (sorry to all auto professionals in the Snow Belt)! Growing up I was always surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the fast paced automotive industry watching my Father (Nino Parco) rise through the ranks with the Massey Cadillac Auto Group. It was then that I realized that it was only a matter of time before I found my way into being a part of the challenges and madness of the auto industry.

I began my auto career with the Van Tuyl Automotive Group working in several of their stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth area counting and keeping track of U.P.s (unsolicited prospects), while sourcing auto consumer traffic for the dealership. I then had an opportunity, via my outgoing personality, and began doing television commercials for Don Herring Mitsubishi. Shortly thereafter I was accepted into Northwood University as an Automotive Marketing major. I graduated on in May of 2011 on the President's List with my BBA. Northwood University taught and prepared me for many different things that will enable me to not only contribute to the Dealership Experts team, but also represent the wide array of professional Candidates we represent to place with our growing base of Member Dealers. I look most forward to the reward of assisting others enter, grow, and get promoted in an industry that appears to be the fiber of my family.

With that being said it was at Northwood that I also met my husband of two years that graduated with me as the Northwood Automotive Aftermarket student of the year (2011) and also an automotive major. Four years later I am happy to be joining and being an intricate part of the team at Dealership Experts. I look forward to helping our company grow, but most of all I look forward to helping current and future Auto Professionals, while serving our fast growing Member Dealers with professionalism and integrity.
